This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 20.07.2022 in this present petition. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the paragraph No.5 in the order dated 20.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18750 of 2021 shall read as follows:- "5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the entire proceedings in CC.No.105 of 2018 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Namakkal is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Salem. The learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Namakkal is directed to transfer the entire case bundle forthwith in CC.No.105 of 2018 to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Salem. On receipt of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Salem is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the case bundle. "

4. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 20.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18750 of 2021, as above and issue fresh order copy. 21.11.2022 mn G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.
