This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to return the original certificates and documentation of the petitioner submitted in 2016 and to issue the degree certificates of the petitioner for the M.D. (General Medicine) at Rajah Muthiah Medical College Immediately.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2020, the respondents have returned the original certificates of the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. In respect of fee determination, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to canvas all the points before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court where the matter is pending. No costs.
