This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12813 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police station, Chennai every day at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12813 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 6.30p.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. The period for execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from today (31.07.2023).

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
