..Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the tentative provisional list of candidates dated 23.10.2012 published in the official website calling for re-certificate verification and consequential provisional results after certificate verification published by the respondent on 11.12.2012 in the official website pursuant to the written examination held on 27.05.2012 for filling up 244 vacancies in Post Graduate Assistant Physics in the Tamil nadu Higher Secondary Educational Services by Advertisement No.3/2012 as illegal, vogue and arbitrary and violative of judgment of this Court contrary to Article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India in denying the petitioner's legitimate expectation as Backward Class women candidate and consequentially directing the respondent to call the petitioner for certificate verification and consider her for selection to the post of Post Graduate Assistant Physics and to grant such further or other reliefs.
