The matter was heard through "Video Conference".

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3.Heard Mr.G.Ilamurugu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in an earlier complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry in C.No.319 of 2019/ 13.08.2019 and after the completion of enquiry, the same has been closed on 09.12.2020. According to her, as of now, no petition/enquiry is pending against this petitioner.
