This petition is filed to amend the Crime No.118 of 2024 instead of Crime No.11 of 2024 and also to amend the satisfaction Court as Learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur instead of Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.O.P.No.8807 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8807 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024 and issue a fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is extended to comply with the condition from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
