This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioners by this Court in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.7177 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024, in Crl.O.P.No.6742 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reports that, after modification of the bail condition, the petitioner has not complied with the condition.

3. Hence, this application for relaxation stands dismissed. If there is any violation of the bail conditions, it is open to the respondent police to seek cancellation of bail.
