ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Mr. Vijay s/o Narasimhan aged 30 years. According to the petitioner, he was taken in illegal custody by the 2nd respondent on 12.06.2016 and his whereabouts are not known. With this allegation, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for final hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the 2nd respondent submitted that Mr.Vijay was arrested in connection with a case in Cr.No.284 of 2016 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file of the 2nd respondent and on production before the learned Magistrate he has been remanded to judicial custody.
