Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order vide Cr.M.P.No.20/D.O./2023 dated 03.06.2023, passed by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's father namely, Prakash @ Kaikattu Prakash, son of Alexander, aged 54 years, (who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Coimbatore) before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Mr.P.Narayana Prasadh, learned counsel on record for petitioner submitted that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked and learned counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file in this regard and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4
