PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent vide refusal check slip RFL No.4/2025 dated 19.05.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the third respondent to register the settlement deed dated 19.05.2025 produced by the petitioner pertaining to the property measuring to an extent of 0.86.5 ares as per New Survey No.69/3B and to an extent of 2.24 cents as per sale deed Document No.403 of 2005 dated 25.04.2005 and Document No.1236 of 2012 dated 23.08.2012 as per patta 2.14 cents situated at Puthagaram Village, Gingee Taluk, Tindivanam, Villupuram District.
