2. The petitioner's husband joined the respondent corporation on 21.03.2000. He died on 06.10.2024. The petitioner would submit that after his death, the respondent did not settle terminal benefits such as gratuity and PF. Therefore, in this regard the petitioner sent a representation dated 16.04.2026. Since there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026 has not been considered to date, a direction is issued to respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
