This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent and their name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the fourth respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 14 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
