O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey and measure the property comprised in Survey No.208/3, measuring an extent of 0.24 cents, situated at Kairabad Village, Ariyalur Taluk and District on the basis of the representation dated 30.01.2020 within the time frame.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent had issued notice to the petitioner calling upon him to be present on 24.12.2020 for surveying the land in question.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Government Advocate may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate to the effect that the 2nd respondent had fixed the date for surveying the land as 24.12.2020, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
