ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Shainaz Banu aged about 22 years. According to the petitioner, she is found missing from 03.06.2016. Alleging that she has been abducted by the 2nd respondent, she gave a complaint to the 1st respondent. Since she has not been traced out so far, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.
2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the 1st respondent produced the detenue. When we enquired her, she informed us that she has got married with the 2nd respondent on 03.06.2016 and she is living with him. Apart from that, both the detenue as well as the 2nd respondent had appeared before the Additional Mahalir Neethimandram, Chengalpet on 06.06.2016 and had given a statement that she has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
married the 2nd respondent.
