This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to amend the name of the petitioner as A.Chandrasekar instead of A.Chandrasekaran in the order dated 15.07.2020 made in W.P.No.124 of 2013 on the file of this Court.

2. In the order dated 15.07.2020 in the cause title portion of the order, the name of the petitioner is mentioned as A.Chandrasekaran instead of A.Chandrasekar and hence, this amendment petition has been filed to correct the same.

3.This Court heard the learned counsel on both sides. On perusing the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and on perusing the records, this court is of the view that the amendment has to be ordered.

4.Accordingly, the amendment petition is ordered as prayed for. 17.08.2022 Note: (i) Issue order copy on 18.08.2022.

(ii) Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith after carrying out necessary amendment.
