No. 15368 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR88780 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Notice to the first respondent is dispensed with vide order of this Court dated 31.07.2023. Mrs. R. Sreevidhya, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner / appellant shall forfeit the interest for the delay period in the event of this Court enhancing the compensation.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
