Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to G.O.(1D) No.244, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1))Department, dated 05.07.2019 and quash the same as arbitrary and a colourable exercise of power in so far as it relates to the postponement of General Transfer Counselling, Promotion Counselling and Deployment Counselling for Head Masters and PG Teachers working in schools coming under the 2nd respondent scheduled to commence from 08.07.2019 onwards to a date during quarterly holidays and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to reschedule the Teachers Deployment Counselling, General Transfer Counselling and Promotion Counselling for the year 2019-2020 to a date in end of July, 2019 or early August 2019.
