Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

2. Primarily, it is stated that the matter had come up earlier, and though the petitioner herein had changed their Counsels, the names of the previous learned Counsels had been printed in the cause list. Consequently, there was no representation and the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. The present petition has been filed to restore Crl.O.P.No.12570 of 2014.

4. In view of the reasons advanced, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
