ORDER

The condition originally imposed was that the appellant shall appear before the Trial Court once a month on the first working day.

2. Considering the fact that the appellant has so far complied with the said condition, the condition is now modified to the effect that the appellant shall hereafter appear once in six months.

3. It is submitted that the appellant has already reported for the month of July 2025. Therefore, the appellant shall next appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of January 2026 and thereafter in June 2026 and so on, once every six months, until the disposal of the appeal.

4. It is further stated that the parties are ready with the appeal and that the appeal book is also prepared.

5. The Registry is directed to post the appeal for arguments on 29.07.2025.
