This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2020 within a reasonable time in regards to regularization of innocent purchaser of land as per the G.O.Ms.No.565/ULC-1/Revenue Department, dated 26.09.2008. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 12.08.2020, wherein, the petitioners is seeking for the benefit as an innocent buyer under the relevant Government Order.
2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent has already sent a proposal to the second respondent on 17.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.A3/370/2020 and is pending before the second respondent.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already sent the proposal to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and place the files before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall thereafter, proceed to consider the report submitted by the 2nd respondent in line with G.O.Ms.No.565, dated 26.09.2008 and pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
