This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the award in EC.No.463 of 2016 dated 26.05.2020 on the file of the Employees Compensation Tribunal, Coonoor.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/Appellant submits that though the petitioner has filed an application to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the award in EC.No.463 of 2016 dated 26.05.2020, now the original award is very well available with him and he is ready to file the same before the Registry.

3. Since the original copy of the award is available with the petitioner, he is directed to file the same before the Registry and the Registry is directed to number the appeal on receipt of the original copy of the award dated 26.05.2020 passed in EC.No.463 of 2016, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing on 09.11.2021.

4. In view of the above, the present civil miscellaneous petition is 1/3

unnecessary and closed.
