Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings bearing reference No.Na.ka.No.Aa 639/2019 dated 29.07.2019 and issue the conciliation failure report for the Government of Tamil Nadu to pass orders with regard to reference of Industrial Dispute to be made under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes

Act 1947.

ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the Conciliation Officer to conclude the Conciliation Proceedings dated 29.07.2019.

2.Today, when the matter was called, learned counsel for the Management had produced a copy of the Failure Report dated 10.08.2021, passed under Section 12(4) of the Industrial Disputes Act. 3.In view of the Failure Report, the prayer sought for in this present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. also stands closed. 21.03.2023 vga
