This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for heairng, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Jayanthi against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.253 of 2018 on the file of the respondent. 4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
