O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with Cr.No.500 of 2018 dated 14.12.2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint an F.I.R. has been registered under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C. In the course of investigation, the petitioner has been called for an enquiry.

3.Since the petitioner has been called in the course of an investigation pursuant to the registration of FIR, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court and the petitioner has to necessarily co-operate during investigation.

4.In view of the above this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
