The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 473 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.86939 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent3 who is present in Court has no objection provided the claim of interest for the period of 473 days is waived.

Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.15081 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 473 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of Ms.R.Sreevidhya as learned Counsel for Respondent-3 in the Appeal, when the Appeal is listed before the Court.
