ORDER
[This case has been heard through video conference] This court, by order dated 29.07.2020 made in W.P.No.35717 of 2019 directed respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for transfer of patta in his name and pass final orders thereof within a period of six weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging contempt of order of this court, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.
2. It is seen from the records that earlier, when the matter came up for hearing on 08.01.2021, the learned Special Government Pleader was directed to get instruction from the respondent with regard to the claim of joint patta made by the petitioner.
3. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, the respondent Tahsildar has passed an order on 22.04.2021 and a coy of the same was also serve don the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on the other hand submitted that no copy has been served on the petitioner.
4. Considering the fact that the the respondent has already passed an order pursuant to the order of this court, no further adjudication is required in this matter. The respondent is, however, directed to serve a copy of the order passed by him on 22.04.2021 on the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner has got any grievance, he is at liberty to workout his
remedy in the manner known to law. This contempt petition is accordingly closed with the above directions. No costs.
