The petitioner seeks a direction to dispose of his representation dated 16.03.2020 seeking correction in patta.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that representation submitted by him dated 16.03.2020 is pending with the respondents without any progress and hence, he was constrained to file a writ petition seeking above direction.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that representation of the petitioner will be considered and final orders will be passed within a time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2020 and pass final orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording sufficient opportunity to the 5th respondent.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
