By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the Class - II legal heir of his uncle and aunt who died intestate. Therefore, the petitioner is the person who wants to dealt with the properties of his uncle and aunt. Based on which, relationship certificate has been issued by the Tahsildar in favour of the petitioner on 19.03.2015. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction to consider the representation dated 31.07.2023 and to direct the first respondent to register the document.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the document has not been presented and let the petitioner present the document before the concerned Sub Registrar, the same will be considered as per law.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to present the document before concerned registrar for registering the document. If any such document is presented by the petitioner, the same shall be registered as per law.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
