ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the brother-in-law of one Ramu Shridharan son of Late.Ramu. He has come up with this petition alleging that Mr.Ramu Sridharan is missing from 10.6.2016 onwards.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is stated in the affidavit itself that he was running a chit business in which he incurred huge loss.
4. From these averments, it is seen that he is either absconding or hiding himself apprehending action by the police on the complaint of the subscribers. At any rate, we are of the view that the respondents shall register a case on the complaint dated 13.6.2016 in respect of the missing of Ramu Shridharan and investigate the case. Except the same, we are not inclined to grant any other relief.
5. With the above direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
