ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e, on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1734 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29318 of 2024, dated 04.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e, on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
