O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to file a charge sheet in FIR No.203 of 2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, G-3, Kilpauk Police Station, the first respondent herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lodged a complaint and a case came to be registered in Crime No.203 of 2021, for the offence under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC. Though the first respondent has registered a case in the above said Crime Number, no charge sheet is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that in this case investigation is completed and the respondent police may be permitted to file the final report, within a period of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
