ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to consider the representation dated 10.06.2024 by the first respondent to direct the third respondent to allow the petitioner to sign the attendance and take classes to the students and send the records for verification.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was originally appointed as Vocational Instructor through Parents Teachers Association, on 14.06.2005, on temporary basis and also on consolidated pay of Rs.1000/- per month. Till 2010, he had worked as temporary teacher and thereafter, the petitioner was not engaged to take classes.

4. Though the petitioner submitted that from the year 2011 he was working as Teacher without salary, there is no record to show that the petitioner was working from 2011. That apart, even according to the petitioner, after Covid-19, the petitioner was not permitted to take classes. Therefore, he was not engaged from the period of Covid-19.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds no grounds to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
