ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN J.) The petitioner is the father of one Preetha aged 15 years. She has completed X standard during the academic year 2015-2016. According to the petitioner from 01.6.2016 onwards, she has been found missing. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint to the second respondent upon which a case has been registered for 'girl missing' in Cr.No.235 of 2016. Since no action has been taken to trace out the detenu, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was traced and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and she was entrusted to the safe custody of the petitioner. A copy of the order of the learned Magistrate dated 27.6.2016 is also produced before this Court.

3. In the light of the above, no order is required to be passed in this petition and this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
