Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the impugned demand Notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/0111/2020 dated 16.02.2021 (IN WMP.No.22939/2021) pending disposal of the WP.NO.21758/2021 and;

2) To stay the impugned demand Notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/0111/2020 dated 16.02.2021 (IN WMP.NO.22942/2021) pending disposal of the WP.NO.21762/2021

3) To stay the impugned demand Notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/0111/2020 dated 16.02.2021 (in WMP.NO.22945/2021) pending disposal of the WP.NO.21765/2021 Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VINOTHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
