(The order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J) The writ petition seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2, to take immediate action against the unauthorised construction of the 3rd respondent's property, situated at No. 22, Sannathi Street, Tharamani, Chennai 600 113, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2023.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.B.R.Prabu, learned standing counsel appearing for R1 and R2/ Greater Chennai Corporation would submit that, pursuant to the inspection, lock and seal notice dated 07.08.2023 was issued and action has been initiated in accordance with law. He further submitted that, they will complete the proceedings within a period of four(4) weeks. 2/4

Considering the above submission, the first and second respondents are directed to take appropriate action by giving opportunity to all the parties concerned and complete the proceedings, within a period of four(4) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
