Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits, viz., Earned Leave Surrender Salary Amount of Rs.10,598/-, Gratuity Amount of Rs.4,16,988/-, Pension Commutation Amount of Rs.3,50,577/-, Post Retirement Benefit Fund Amount Rs.14,200/- the total comes to Rs.7,92,363/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand and Three Hundred Sixty Three only) with 18% interest on delayed payment to the petitioner the selection Grade Driver who has retired from service on 30.11.2018.
