This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.9466 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner observed the conditions only till 01.07.2023, thereafter he did not observe the conditions.
