This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.223 of 2014.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Bagayam Police Station Crime No.223 of 2014 has been registered on 13.08.2014 for the offence under Section 420 IPC against one J.Godwin Isaac.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case in Bagayam PS Crime No.223 of 2014 has been transferred to the Vellore South Police Station, on the orders of the Superintendent of Police, Vellore on 02.05.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station, Vellore to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
