2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 18, 3rd line of the order dated 03.09.2024. The said para No.18, 3rd line is to be replaced as follows: "....as and when required before this Court as well as before the Master Court. It is, however, made clear that the defendant shall appear as and when required either before this Court or before the Master Court and for the purpose of recording evidence on her side, if she has difficulties, she is at liberty to appear as she wishes at her convenience".

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.18, 3rd line in quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
