ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 307, 506(ii) IPC r/w. 34 of IPC, in Crime No.1209 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is a case of jumped bail. This Court vide order dated 20.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17767 of 2020 had dismissed the earlier petition for bail with a direction to the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai to complete the trial in S.C.No.184 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.In view of the above, the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai is hereby directed to comply with the order dated 20.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17767 of 2020 passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
