When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Authority for recognising the petitioner as Non-hereditary Trustee or hereditary trustee. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
