(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) Alleging that the minor girl, K.Anitha, aged 19 years have been missing, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured by the police and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruppur and the learned Magistrate has permitted her to go along with her father. 3. In the light of the above, no order is required to be passed in this petition and this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
