2. Learned counsel for the defendant submitted that the defendant had met with an accident and had a fall and his head were hit and was admitted in Hospital. Thereafter, he died on 30.12.2024 leaving his wife, sons and daughter as his legal heirs.

He has also filed a memo to that effect.
