This petition has been filed to relaxation the condition in Crl.O.P.No.12572 of 2023 order dated 07.06.2023 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crime No.265 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
