This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 28.11.2024, passed in MC.No.24/2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate at Mettupalayam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 81 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
