ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J] The petitioner claims to be the husband of one M.Ramya, aged about 23 years. The 3rd respondent is her father. The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that the 3rd respondent has illegally detained his wife Ramya without allowing her to come and live with him. 2.

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been taken up for hearing in a Special List. Neither the petitioner nor his Counsel is present.

The detenue had been produced by the 2nd respondent. The detenue has informed this Court that she has been living with her father and she does not like to go with the petitioner. She would further state that there is no illegal detention. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be given in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 5.
