This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to give alternate light job to the petitioner based on Medical Board Report dated 23.12.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to subject the petitioner to the Regional Medical Board, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai and consider the case of the petitioner on the strength of the report from the Regional Medical Board, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
