This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the set aside petition to restore the writ petition in W.P.No.2616 of 2015 dated 04.08.2022.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to restore the Writ Petition.
