Saroja ..Respondents Prayer : The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue direction to the 1st respondent to cancel the sale deeds namely 1) Document No.2592/2008 dated 10.03.2008, registered on 17.003.2008. (ii) Document No.325 of 2008 dated 21.01.2008 registered on 17.03.2008 which were registered by the 1st respondent and pass orders.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue direction to the 1st respondent to cancel the sale deeds namely 1) Document No.2592/2008 dated 10.03.2008, registered on 17.03.2008. (ii) Document No.325 of 2008 dated 21.01.2008 registered on 17.03.2008 which were registered by the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter was listed and called on 12.06.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was adjourned to 18.06.2018. On 18.06.2018 when the matter was called there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 19.06.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".
