This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16439 of 2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Athur and report before the Athur Town Police Station daily at Morning 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16439 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16177 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
